Business to Employe vs. Business to Consumer

B2E (Business to Employe)
Is the business relationship established between a company and its own
employed. For example, an airline or travel tour packages can offer their employees through their own intranet and in addition to their offerings may include partner airlines.
The B2E is a demonstration of the many applications offered
e-commerce today. But not only that, but the concept is extended to the
own remote management by the employee by their responsibilities
within the business processes of the company. This may include invoicing
sales commissions, travel expenses introduction, etc. This is
ultimately a small portal to the use of some resources
the company by employees of the same, both in his to do
daily, as in private life and his family.

B2C (Business-to-Consumer)
It refers to the strategy to develop commercial enterprises
go directly to the customer or end user.
An example of B2C transaction can be buying a pair of sneakers
neighborhood in a shoe, by an individual. However, all transactions
necessary for that pair of shoes available for sale
commercial establishments (or business district), purchase of the skin, sole, laces, etc.., and the sale of shoes from manufacturer to dealer part of what is called B2B.
Despite the broad sense of the term B2C, in practice, usually
refer to virtual platforms used in electronic commerce for
communication companies (vendors) to individuals (buyers). Therefore, the
more frequent use B2C e-commerce.
